The Phase 3 phonics cards introduce your child to digraphs (two letters that work together to make one sound) and trigraphs (three letters that work together to make one sound). However, don't be put off by the confusing terminology - these sounds are introduced in a simple and engaging way!

In Phase 3 children are introduced to 25 letter combinations and their corresponding sounds. There are also 11 tricky words for children to learn.
