Simply, engaging fun phonics learning!

Miss Millie and I thoroughly enjoy working through these well-designed, easy-to-understand phonics cards. Learning through play is our preferred mode of learning, and these cards make setting engaging, fun activities up child's play! I was desperately looking for help as our home language is Afrikaans; I was worried that I would teach my little one the sounds associated with letterforms incorrectly. Also, I found searching the Internet for assistance overwhelming as the different approaches and programmes often appeared contradictory and conflicting to what I knew she should learn. Having everything I need organised systematically has given me so much more confidence to engage with Miss Millie as she acquires reading and writing in English too. As a lecturer, I often find myself depleted of creative solutions and ways to offer phonics to Miss Millie. These cards have simplified my life and enabled me to provide regular activities that Miss Millie loves again! Thank you for this excellent resource!

They really make sense!

These cards have been a life saver! My imagination had gone stale and I’d found researching educational games relentless. Enter Play Makes Sense!
They are super quick and easy to set up, which is exactly what busy parents need when juggling work, other children and general daily life. I’ve peace of mind knowing they’re teacher approved, with no extra effort put in my end. We have the maths bundle too. Love them!
